Basher Fine Art collects as little as possible. This page explains what is collected and why.
Contact form. When you submit the contact form, your name, email, phone number if provided, and message are sent by email to hello@basherfineart.com so your inquiry can be answered. The email is delivered through Resend, an email service provider. Nothing from the form is stored on this website.
Purchases. Payments for Available Works are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details on its own checkout pages under its own privacy policy. This website never sees or stores your card number. Order details are kept for as long as needed to fulfill the sale, handle any damage claim, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
Provenance records. When you purchase a piece, its provenance record is transferred to you through REGISTR (registrapp.com (opens in a new tab)), a separate platform with its own privacy policy. You will receive an email invitation to accept the transfer; nothing is created on REGISTR without your acceptance.
Analytics. This site may use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Cookies. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Sharing. Your information is never sold or shared for marketing. It is shared only with the service providers named above, as needed to run the site and complete your request.
Your rights. You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@basherfineart.com.

Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase made through Available Works on this website.
Descriptions. Every piece is described and photographed as accurately as possible, including condition, dimensions, and known provenance. Descriptions are given in good faith and are not a warranty. Additional photographs or a condition report are available on request before purchase.
Pieces offered on behalf of others. Some pieces are offered on behalf of private collections. In those cases Basher Fine Art acts as agent for the consignor, and the sale is between you and the consignor.
Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Pieces marked Buy now are paid in full at checkout through Stripe. Pieces marked Inquire are invoiced after terms are agreed by email, and are held for you only once payment has cleared. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout or on the invoice.
Shipping. Small objects ship for $10 and medium objects for $25 within the United States, charged at checkout. Large pieces are shipped by specialist carriers and quoted separately after purchase. International shipping is available on request and quoted separately. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If a piece arrives damaged, email hello@basherfineart.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the piece and the packaging, and a claim will be made with the carrier on your behalf.
Title and provenance. Title passes to you when payment has cleared in full. After delivery, the piece's provenance record is transferred to you through REGISTR, which documents your custody of the piece; the record is not a certificate of authenticity or a guarantee of title beyond the terms above.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
